Shipping & Return Policy


Items ship from our facilities in Washington.

Items will be shipped within 7-10 business days after an order is received, excepting observed U.S. holidays. Items ordered after the cutoff time of 12:00 PM MST on the day before a holiday will be mailed on the next business day following the holiday. All items with a future release date will be mailed on or around the noted date, and we generally mail new releases early so they will arrive right before or on the street date.

All U.S. and International orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service or a USPS authorized third party contractor. Domestic orders, please allow 10-14 business days for delivery (though most will arrive in 3-5 days via First Class or Media Mail.) 

International orders, please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery via USPS First Class International Service. This time may be extended by any customs delays.  NOTE: Battleground Records is not responsible for any delay in order delivery due to a lengthy customs check. Any import duty, tax, or tariff imposed on an order by the country in which the buyer lives is the responsibility of the buyer to pay. Battleground Records is not responsible for any order lost once it has been delivered to the receiving country from the USPS unless the buyer makes arrangements with us to add insurance, delivery confirmation, or any other tracking above that of the normal customs form. 

We retain a file of all post marked custom form shipper tickets and postage receipts as proof of shipment for all orders. 

If you would like us to expedite the shipping of your order or to add insurance to your items, please contact us via battlegroundrnr@gmail PRIOR to placing your order so that we may recalculate the additional shipping cost that an expedited order will incur.

If you have any special requests or instructions for your order, please make sure to include them at the time of purchase so that we may make our best effort to accommodate your wishes. 


We will accept returns for manufacturer defective merchandise only within 7 business days of receipt. Defective item(s) will be replaced with the original item(s) purchased. If the original merchandise is no longer available, we will issue a store credit for the value (including shipping) of the original order towards the purchase of other merchandise or a refund if requested. 

We take great care to securely package your order and we cannot be held responsible for damage caused to any item due to mishandling by a postal carrier unless your order carries insurance. If you do receive a damaged package due to poor handling, please be sure to note it at the time of delivery and let us know so we may pursue any available options for filing a claim.
